Don’t go to the Knights Inn Motel in Niagara Falls, New York State! Never! - Niagara Falls

This summer my girlfriend and I went to the Knights Inn, 7804 Niagara Falls, NY 14304. As soon as we received the keys I parked the car in front of the room and my girlfriend briefly checked the room as she is always used to do. She found 2 black beetles on the bed, so we suddenly went back to the reception to ask for another room. (It had been passed only 2 minutes since they gave us the keys). The last available room was a smoking one, and it smelled so strong that we couldn’t accept it, also because I’ve been operated twice at lungs. So we asked our money back, the place was so dirty, and they were very unpolite! First they joked with us telling that there was no manager (one saying it was the other one, and the other one saying the opposite). Then they didn’t believe we found the black beetles, so we took them into the room and we found, with them, a third black beetle on the bed. They said they could not give our money back because we had used the room. We had use the room??? Two minutes since they gave us the keys and we went back at the reception! Had we use the room??? -.- Then again they began speaking loud, yelling at us: “You’re not from this country. What do you pretend to do” (I’m from Italy and my girlfriend’s from Puerto Rico). So, they were also racists, and moreover...they were Indian (from India!!). -.- You are from India and speak to me as a racist, as if the USA was their Country??? Fool poor idiot…
At last I said I would have call the Police and after another 20 minutes arguing they refunded us only $69 over $94 paid. They took for them $25 dollars because “we have used the room”.
I have never seen people as rude, stupid, presumptuous and insolents.

Its too bad you had a bad experience, If you ever find yourself visiting Niagara Falls in the future be sure to take the extra 10 minutes and cross over into Canada, We are known for being friendly and all of our hotel operators in Niagara Falls Canada will bend over backwards to make you happy!!!!

It's the goal of all Hotel, Restaurant and Attraction owners and operators on the Canadian side to make your Niagara experience the best it can possibly be.

And on a personal note I cannot tolerate racism of any kind and I appologize on behalf of the Greater Niagara Area for this behaviour.

Yes, we crossed over Canada and we found the Canadian side more and more beautiful than the American one. We only like to suggest that people has to avoid Knights Inn
